In response to requests from community members, I decided to create this durable .22 LR ammunition box. This sturdy box can hold up to 100 rounds of ammunition, making it the perfect companion for a full day at the shooting range!
Forget those flimsy all-plastic boxes with built-in hinges that break after just a few uses. This box is designed for maximum durability.

🔩 Parts needed for assembly:
M3 x 30 mm screws – 6 pcs
These serve as durable pins for the hinges and front latches.

⚠️ IMPORTANT PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS (PLEASE READ!):
To ensure the box can support the weight of 100 cartridges and withstand the mechanical stress of opening and closing, it is necessary to reinforce the hinges and latch mounts.

If you’re using my profile for BambuLab Slicer:
You’re good to go! I’ve already set volume modifiers with 30% infill specifically for the hinges and latch mounts. The rest of the box prints with standard, material-saving infill.

If you’re only downloading raw files (F3D):

You’ll need to configure this manually in your slicer. You have two options:
Recommended: Use volume modifiers in your slicer to set a 30% infill exclusively for the hinge and latch areas.
Alternative: Set the infill to 30% (preferably Gyroid) for the entire print.
Failure to include this reinforcement may cause the hinges to break under pressure or when tightening the M3 screws.

If you use a pre-made print profile, you’ll have a choice of two lid versions: one with text and one without. The choice of lid is entirely up to you.

If you use only the downloadable f3d files, you’ll need to create the text manually in your slicer.
