Description

Overview

A versatile, multi-size snap rivet system designed for fastening cardboard packaging, color swatches, sample cards, and keychains.

Features

  • Real-World Uses: Perfect for securing keychain rings to backing cards or binding multiple paper/cardboard sheets into a swivel palette. Can be used instead of paper clips, stapler, etc
  • Reusable Design: All configurations support multiple snap and unsnap cycles
  • 3 Outer Diameters: 10mm, 12mm, and 15mm.
  • 2 Clearances (Material Thickness): 1.5mm and 5.0mm. This is the pure leg height between the two wide parts of the clip, perfectly matching your material thickness
  • 3 Top Styles: Includes three functional lock geometries to suit your preference.
  • 100% Support-Free: Designed to print cleanly with tiny built-in bridges. No supports needed.

Print Settings & Profiles

  • Material: PETG (Highly recommended for flexibility and snap durability)
  • Layer Height: 0.08 mm (Crucial for tight tolerances and smooth operations)
  • Wall Loops: 3
  • Top/Bottom Shell Layers: 5 / 5 (Optional, but recommended for clean low-profile surfaces)
  • Wall Generator: Arachne (Mandatory for precise thin-wall locking mechanisms)
  • Supports: NONE (Designed to print cleanly with minor built-in bridging)
