Description

Following the design philosophy of the KASANE 240, this 160mm version has been optimized for the Bambu Lab A1 mini size while adding advanced dry box features!

 

### 🔄 Series Compatibility
This box maintains the same stacking interface standard as other KASANE 160 series modules. You can stack any upcoming 160mm boxes directly on top of (or underneath) each other with perfect, seamless alignment!

 

#### ✨ Key Updates & Features
* **Optimized Wall Thickness (1.6mm → 1.2mm):** Reduces print time and filament usage while maintaining excellent structural rigidity.
* **Gasket Groove (Sealability):** Just like the 240 dry box model, a dedicated groove has been added to the rim interface. 
* **Desiccant Pod Pocket (Corner Ribs):** Added a secure rib structure in the corner to hold a standard round desiccant/silicagel container perfectly in place.
* **Front Humidity Meter Slot:** Features a precise cutout on the front face to press-fit a standard round digital hygrometer.

 

#### **【How to Use】**
* **Step 1 (Lite Mode):** Use it without a gasket. The precise labyrinth-like fit of the KASANE system provides decent ambient protection on its own.
* **Step 2 (Enhanced Mode):** Insert a 1.8mm–2.0mm silicone cord into the groove to maximize the lifespan of your desiccant.
* *Note: For individual boxes or topmost layers, please use the included "LID_InStack" to maintain the stacking ecosystem.*

 

### 🖨️ Recommended Settings
* **Printer:** Bambu Lab A1 mini / A1 (Fits perfectly on a 180mm bed)
* **Wall Loops:** 3 (Highly recommended to ensure the 1.2mm walls are printed completely solid for best airtightness)
* **Supports:** Required (Tree Support for the front hygrometer hole overhang to ensure a clean circle geometry)
