AMS Desiccant Containers with Threaded Lid

This is a remix of existing desiccant containers for the Bambu Labs AMS.

This model uses the Square Xiaomi Mijia hygrometer. For use with the Round hygrometer, see the following model:

Improvements

I've incorporated a few improvements that I wanted, including:

• Thicker wall construction
• Threaded cap for easy opening / closing
• Open design behind hygrometer (for more accurate readings)

Parts Included in Print

The attached model includes the following parts:

• 5 threaded caps
• 2 corner desiccant containers
• 2 large middle desiccant containers
• 1 large middle desiccant container with opening for square Xiaomi Mijia temperature / humidity sensors
• 1 threaded funnel for easily filling desiccant containers

All parts are included in the attached file, but feel free to delete any parts not wanted.

Important Printing Notes

Layer Height = 0.10 mm

• It is important to ensure the layer height for the threaded portions are all 0.10 mm, or else the threads may not print properly. The default uploaded model prints the entire print at 0.10 mm layer height. However, I have had success with using the Variable Layer Height tool in Bambu Studio to modify only the threaded sections to 0.10 mm layer height.
  • Note: Print profile by cbird527 includes variable layer height.
