Description

This display stand was designed to hold up to twelve spinning reels in various sizes. The largest reel shown in photos is a size 14000 (Daiwa), but should be able to accommodate bigger sizes. Spacing between the reels can be adjusted as necessary. The following hardware is needed in addition to printed parts.

1) 600mm T Slot 2020 Aluminum Beams (2 orders, total of 8 beams required) 50 T nuts included)
These will need to be tapped/threaded to fit M6 bolts (M6x1.0)

2) M6-1.0x22mm Bolts (16 required) Corresponding washers and nuts included.
The bolts in the link are 22mm in length but shorter lengths can be used. Lock washers not necessary.

3) M5-0.8x8mm Bolts (48 required)

4) M5 Washers (48 required)

The reel foot support is recommended to be printed at 0.1mm layer height (or finer) to create a smooth ramp. TPU filament is also a good choice for extra softness and grip.

Should you decide to build this, please share your makes along with your reel collection!
