HSW Honeycomb Storage Wall - Metal Ruler Hook

HSW Metal Ruler Hook:

This is a small hook designed to hold a standard metal ruler. The hook will work with any metal ruler that has a hanging hole larger than 6.8mm.

I have designed two different hooks. The first hook can be printed as one piece with the post sitting flush with the bottom of the base.  The second hook is printed as two parts and the post press fits into the base.

Print Settings:

Can be printed in PLA or  PETG. 

• Material: PLA/PETG
• Layer height: 0.2mm
• Perimeters/Wall Loops: 4
• Sparse Infill Density: 25% Gyroid

One Piece  Hook:

This hook is printed as one piece, no support are required.

Two Piece Press Fit  Hook:

The hook post press fits into the main body of the hanging hook and is printed separately. Depending on the accuracy of your printer you may need to scale the hook slightly as it can be quite a tight fit.
