Silicone Groove Ring
Print Profile(1)

Description
Print with 0.2mm nozzle and 0.1mm layer heights. Random seam worked well for me.
Pour silicone slowly into one side of the top slot so air can flow out the other side until the entire mold is filled. Stir through the slot with a sewing needle to make sure all air pockets are removed then completely fill the top reservoir.
When the silicone is cured you can simply squeeze the mold to crack it apart. Crack the outer reservoir wall from the mold first then run a sharp knife around the crack. This gives you a clean cutting guide to separate your ring from the extra silicone in the reservoir. Squeeze the mold more until the inner wall of the mold can be folded and pulled away, releasing your silicone ring.
