Ryobi 18V Battery Snap-in Holder

These mounts are designed to be mounted to a 2x4 board with standard #8 flat head (countersunk) wood screws. The batteries will have clearance if the board is mounted flush to any surface. The board can be mounted in any position. The batteries will snap in place and stay, so mounting it underneath a shelf or work station is also an option. If the fit is too tight, scale by a factor of 1.01 in your slicer software.

The included template file will help you get the proper spacing between the batteries. Mark each side of the template, spot drill with a 1/8" drill bit, then move to the next one by lining up the edge with the previously marked side.

If the model appears extremely small, scale by 2540% or a factor of 25.4. This is the standard conversion for all mm-to-inch scaling.
