Ikea Askholmen Support for Flower pot or hook

Summary:

Spring is here so I needed to find a way to organize my balcony and to store all the flowers somehow.

I've designed this Flower Pot support as an accessory for Ikea Askholmen rack.

This should work with different openning angles of the rack..so try it without problems.

Variants:

There are 4 variations for the moment :

• 120 mm hole
• 100 mm hole
• 80 mm hole
• 50 mm hole ( this one is really small which can made the rest of the body to look overengineered, but if you use it as a hook for something else you will need resistance )

Printing info:

• I've printed that with 0.6mm nozzle because it was faster .. but 0.4 mm will do the job too
• All profiles will fit on A1 mini as well
• 80/100 and 120 mm will have 3 walls and 20% Gyroid infill
• 50 mm have 2 walls and 15% Gyroid infill (because It should support smaller things and the rigidity is higher when smaller)

Feel free to play with infill and no of walls if you want to, there is not a perfect formula…just be sure to make something strong enough for what you want to put there.

Material: I used PETG (Bambu Basic Blue-Gray ) -- you can use whatever you want but I think PLA is in risk if you will put this in direct sun
