Mallet French Cleat Hanger

This is a mallet holder for ¾ inch french cleat walls.

I designed it to hold a Veritas Cabinetmaker's Mallet but of course you can use it to hold other things.

The measurements are:

• 85mm total width
• 50mm diameter for the round holders
• 35mm gap in between the two holder prongs
• fits ¾ inch thick french cleats (19mm)

I designed it to be two piece so it prints easy (print on side with the assembly facing up) and is more durable. Most printed mallet holders are printed with either supports, or layered in the holding portion which makes it prone to layer separation.

Print With:

• 4 perimeter, PLA works just fine.
• 15% fill
• 0.4mm nozzle is what I used.
• no support required, print with the assembly part (middle) facing up
