Ducato/Jumper/Boxer Sun Visor Adapter

This is a remix of napsta89's model on Thingiverse. He had already published his great solution in the Poesslforum in 2019. There have been many remixes since then. But it is still the best version.

My version only has minor error corrections in the STL code to reduce artifacts when printed.

Additionally I have included an ASA configuration for Bambu Lab Printers.

The adapter is for the sun visors in the Ducato, Jumper, Boxer or RAM Promaster where REMIfront cab darkening system from REMIS is installed in order to fold the sun visor all the way forward or turn it to the side.

Additionally to the Printed parts you need

• 2x M6 nuts and
• 2x M6x30 cylinder head screws are required on each side.
• 2x M6x30 cylinder head screw and a washer for the clip spacer

The installation in the van takes only a few minutes.

The adapter is for the sun visors in the Ducato, Jumper, Boxer or RAM Promaster where FP 300 Windscreen Blind by Dometic is installed in order to fold the sun visor all the way forward or turn it to the side.

Additionally to the printed parts you need

• 6x M6x35 or M6x40 cylinder head screws are required for 15mm version.
• 6x M6x50 or M6x55 cylinder head screws are required for 30mm version.

The installation in the van takes only a few minutes.

In order not to run into problems with heat in the vehicle when using PLA filament, I used Extrudr Green-TEC Pro (PLA) filament, which is stable up to 160°C / 320°F.
