Description
Locking clip for Bowden tube couplers. Specifically designed for PC4 connector type shown in pictures.
Default profiles use PETG, but prints well in any material with good bed adhesion, so change at will to desired filament.
Default profiles use 0.08mm layer height since clip is very small and prints quickly. Ironing is on to increase top surface quality.
Height of clip is 1.1mm which should lock push connect fitting tightly without being hard to install and remove or causing excess stress.
Scale Z height based on 1.10mm if different lock height is required. Add negative X-Y contour compensation if clip fits too tightly around coupler.
Clip works well on aftermarket 4mm PTFE tube couplers common in upgrade packages for all printers as well as on many stock pneumatic fittings like Bambu Lab printers use.
Model is original and designed completely from scratch.
