Due to the necessity of adapting to the green and orange base axes on the AMS lite, the corresponding print configurations are also green and orange. The 3mf file includes color configurations, and the shaft cover is labeled with letters—avoid errors.

Letter and Color Correspondence on the Shaft Cover:

G = Green shaft = 1,3 slot

O = Orange shaft = 2,4 slot

The model's functionality relies on filament friction and resilience; performance may vary with different filaments. The main components determining the rewind angle are the bottom circular cover of the central shaft and the resistance ring. The test model used PolyLite (logo color) for printing and testing.
A 3-blade resistance ring typically provides satisfactory results. Suitable resistance is achieved when the spiral ring of the Inner bushing is fully compressed before the resistance ring begins to rotate.
For insufficient resistance, use a resistance ring with more blades.
For excessive resistance, trim the resistance blades.
Newly printed components exhibit higher resistance; manual rotation is recommended for break-in before use.
Avoid using excessively smooth or brittle filaments (standard PLA is suitable).

The extruder's tension is substantial; the added stress from the rewinding spool holder should be negligible (considering the spool radius's torque amplification effect). In my tests, the AMS lite functioned normally.

Disabling the Rewind Feature:
Press your thumb against the shaft cover and pull the Claw or Threaded bushing outward by 10mm (a protective buckle prevents slippage)

Adjusting the Rewind Angle:
Adjust the resistance as described in the special instructions.
Filament Spool Installation and Replacement:

Install the spool before inserting it into the AMS lite (recommended), or install directly.

Important: Note the shaft color. Before installation, insert the central shaft into the Inner bushing to check for smooth rotation; address any irregularities or apply petroleum jelly to ensure smooth rotation (warping during central shaft printing may cause stuttering).
