Description

UPDATE: I've re-uploaded the bottom LH adapter, it was not showing the cutout for the wheel.

These solve 2 problems with the KE and SE printers, the vibration on the Z axis due to minimal connection to the plastic base and plate below. This solution also allows for adjustment of the angle to try to get this as close as possible to 90° to the bed

THE VIDEO WILL BE RELEASED ON SATURDAY MORNING

Very little hardware is required for this upgrade, as long as you've already done the previous 10 heat-set inserts from the previous video/upgrade, which can be found here https://makerworld.com/en/models/373923#profileId-281622

MS=Machine Screw

10 pcs M3 x 5mm Heat Set Inserts (Into Arms)

10 pcs M3 x 20mm Button Head MS (Secure Arms to Adapters)

10 pcs M3 x 10mm or 12mm Button Head MS (Outboard Adapter)

2pcs M5 x 20mm Button Head MS (Inner Arm to Long Arms)

2pcs M5 Locknut (Inner to Long Arms)

I've used PETG CF - I'd recommend anything stiff for this job, I don't recommend using PLA if you plan on printing inside of an enclosure. ABS, PC or other similar materials, PETG-CF works well since it is quite stiff.

These need to be printed heavy, please use glue stick on these, some areas have smaller contact with the BP.

I'd use 8 walls and 20% infill, Gyroid is good or Cubic, I'd also thicken the infill.

ENJOY!
