Description

Made in response to Koen Burkink's post / founding of the possible cause for Slot 3 (and possibly 2) PTFE tube not a straight enough feed to the filament hub inside the AMS and causing failure in pulling the filament out.

So he drilled a couple of holes and uses zip ties to secure the PTFE tubes.

So I made a quick design in Fusion 360, a small guide with small opening to insert this guide on the tab… the pfte guide is angled a little towards the filament guide…

You should install the PFTE tube first to the Hub, then slide it into the guide. When the whole thing is put back together, the PTFE shouldn't be able to slide out from the guide since it is pressed against the bottom of the AMS.

Include the 3MF from BambuStudio and the Step file,

Any issue please let me know
