Round Trash Can Divider

A divider for round trash cans and bins with a 295mm outer diameter.

This trash can divider comes in three sections that can be screwed together for a tight fit on the trash can.

There's a second print profile for a 280mm FNISS as well.

Customise: Please read the guide below when customising the model!

Print plates:

• 3x Plate 1 (assemble by adding heat set inserts and screwing the ring together)
• 3x Plate 2 (lids to hold the bags in place and to add labels)

Measurements:

• Outer diameter 295mm
• Rim width ~9.25mm

Required parts:

• 6x Heat set inserts M5, e.g. from CNCKitchen
• 6x M5x12 screws DIN7991, e.g. from Frantos

I printed this in PLA.

How to Customise:

You can customise diameter and ring width (pictured on the right). Add clearance to the values you measure!

You should see the ring and lid separated
Make sure supports are enabled before printing. Or copy the values from one of the print profiles
