Description
★ Update Log: 2024/6/3
① Adopted a hollowed-out design with a central shaft, adding a second desiccant compartment.
② Optimized the top cover thermometer slot, adding chamfers and grooves for easier installation.
③ Optimized the base structure, with long and short power rods corresponding to the wider and narrower sides of the base, adding a limit structure and a foolproof latch for easier and simpler installation. The tray width support has been increased by 2mm to 67mm.
④ Optimized the base holes, expanding the diameter for easier installation of the power rods. A teardrop-shaped hole design is adopted to reduce the hanging pressure.
⑤ Added an accessory - PTFE tube cap (see personal homepage)

Hello everyone! This is Victor Studio. This drying Box adopts a magnetic design, which can easily retract consumables by rotating the external magnetic key without opening the box. Replacing consumables is more time-saving and labor-saving. We have chosen a 4-liter box, which can be compatible with almost all 1-kilogram trays without the need for hanging, saving volume and reducing footprint. The top cover of this drying box is designed to be detachable, so we can replace it non-destructive through 3D printing. The top cover can be easily installed with the material tube and thermometer without drilling holes. Because it is convenient to print without a rotary hammer and the opening frequency of the top cover is not high, the top cover adopts a design of reserved grooves, which can be opened by using scissors or tweezers to pry open. The thermometer also reserves precise hole positions for installation. The top cover is also designed with a desiccant storage compartment, and the printing design without rotary hammer support is smooth to open and close. From now on, replacing desiccants only requires opening the top cover. Two holes are reserved in the base for installing the power rod. The order of placement of the thin and thick gaskets is determined by the width of the material tray. The inner thin and outer thick gaskets can be freely adjusted. For narrow material trays, thin gaskets are installed first, while for wide material trays, thick gaskets are installed first. The gasket has a slope to ensure that the material tray can be returned to its correct position in a timely manner. We use the 608ZZ model for bearings here, which is cheap and has sufficient performance. The hole design for installing the magnet on the central axis requires manual removal with scissors for support. When installing the magnet on the key section, glue needs to be added, and the positive and negative poles need to be matched one by one when installing the magnet. Install the central shaft in the middle hole of the material tray and tighten the nut. The nut adopts a sloping design to adapt to various diameters of material trays.
