Description
This is a holder and adjustable mount for a green laser pointer that fits into the hot shoe (flash) mount of any camera.
I made this to improve aiming of the camera for astrophotography. Simply mount it on your camera, add the laser and then adjust the bolts so that the green laser pointer is exactly in the middle of the camera view. Then move the camera to point the laser at the target in the sky and that object will be bang in the centre of the sensor.
The file contains two plates, one for the mount itself (0.2mm layers) and one for the M5 bolts (0.12mm layers). OnShape STEP file included if modifications are needed.
I printed using Sunlu PLA+, 6 walls, tree supports (only on the mount, not bolts).
