Description

This an (over-engineered) box for a standard deck of 52 playing cards designed to be print-in-place with no supports. It is designed with a unique hinge mechanism that obeys good design practices for 3D printing and does not need support.

It has an overlapping latch to lock closed.

4 Versions!

Hex-patterned top and bottom (0.2mm tolerance gap between hinge components)
Hex-patterned top and bottom (0.3mm tolerance gap between hinge components)
Non-patterned (flat) top and bottom (0.2mm tolerance gap between hinge components)
Non-patterned (flat) top and bottom (0.3mm tolerance gap between hinge components)

I can't test every printer configuration, so I'd love your feedback!

As printed, the open box footprint measures 166mm x 96mm, so it is compatible with the A1 Mini as well.
