CEO's Modular Sabers - The Master
Print Profile(3)

Description
This saber is intentionally modular, allowing for additional parts and configuration changes. Its assembly isn't bound by a strict protocol, enabling users to creatively configure it in at least three different ways (I'll leave the details for you to discover).
My aversion to glue and disdain for painting have guided my design principles—this saber is meant to be 3D printed and assembled without the need for messy adhesives or elaborate painting. Despite its numerous components, the design ensures a straightforward printing process and an even easier assembly. Plus, in the unfortunate event of breakage, replacing a single piece is preferable to an entire hilt.
Named 'The Master,' this saber draws clear inspiration from a certain Jedi Master's lightsaber. I have plans to release transformation kits in the future, allowing enthusiasts to alter the style with different emitters, activation plates, pommels, and more.
I sincerely hope you all get as much enjoyment from assembling and customizing this saber as I did from designing it!
Assembly Notes:
- All parts were printed at 0.2 with 3 walls and 15% infill, using SUNLU Silk PLA. The metallic bundle from Amazon (Black, White, Light Gold, Silver, Brass, Red Copper, Blue, Green) was employed for the saber.
- For the activator plate, I executed a color change from gold to black at layer 6 (if printing at 0.2mm). Alternatively, you can print the piece in black and add painted details.
- Assembly details are depicted in the attached images. Note that the activator box secures into the hilt by screwing down the top 'grenade' grip. Please pardon the photo quality; I was still tuning my printer, which recently underwent a direct drive conversion when I printed this.
- The only parts requiring supports are the activator box and activator grip.
