Summary
Thanks to the amazing original work from kabrumble (https://www.thingiverse.com/kabrumble), thanks to him for his answers and advices and giving the original files, I was able to broke the STL into several parts in order to help printing in different colors.
I've broken the rear steps, the roof and walls and the front part of the house and garage into distinct files
I'm still learning!
