I created some Gridfinity inserts for my Wera screwdriver. I could never find anything to fit my needs because my screwdriver have been to long or short. I had too much or not the right handle size.

My goal was to fit as many different screwdriver in one box. That is why i designed them in half grid and the slot for the blade is always 10mm.

I do have 3 handle sizes but Wera produce a couple more. But I think I do have the most common ones.

Just measure the length of your handle to find the right box for your screwdriver.

I created inserts for the standard (green/black) 81mm, 98mm and the 105mm Handle and because of the 10mm slot you fit the VDE (red/yellow) in the same inserts.

I also created a insert for the 900er series (yellow/black) with a 105mm handle and an insert for the 817R.

Because of the different blade lenghts you will get gabs between the inserts. There are spacers to fill the gabs.

Please let me know if you have ideas to improve the inserts.

Update 03.06.2024:

Created old inserts for the 70mm and 112mm handle. You find them in the STL folder.

Thanks to Oompa Loompa i was able to create a insert for the 70mm and the 112mm handle.

Added a full slot insert for 105mm handle with wrench

Added a print profile for the full slot insers
