Description

Description:

With this spool winder you can wind filament on a spool of nearly any size.

-min diameter: 45mm = max width: 70mm

-max diameter: 97mm = max width: 107mm

It is designed to be clamped in the screwdriver. Since a holder made of PLA could break off, I decided to use the Allen key from the accessory box (X1C, P1S, P1P). You just have to clip it in.

I printed it on a bambu lab. Since the tolerances are very small, I don't know if every printer can print a working thread.

Printing settings:

-Layer height: 0,16mm (Because of the overhangs)

-Wall loops: 3

-Infill: 20%

-Don´t print to fast, because otherwise the overhangs become unclean and the print is therefore unusable.

-Print with supports.

-I recommend choosing the seam position randomly, which makes the thread run more evenly.
