Description

!!! New Improved Version (V2) available here !!!

*EDIT: A mistake/typo has been spotted by @nicktoms on the objective marker. It was missing the R in EVERYTHING. I fixed the mistake, changed the print profile and added another print profile for the people that only want to print the objective marker.

War-hammer Reminder Tokens

I wanted to get me some reminder tokens for War-hammer 40k to use on the table. I looked for ones to make in the colors of my army faction (white, black and orange). I got inspired by other tokens and images I found online, but ended up wanting to give my own spin to it.

These are the current tokens I've created:

  • Battle Shock Test
  • Battle Shocked
  • Charge / Fight First
  • Reroll 1H (1's on the to hit roll)
  • Reroll 1W (1's on the to wound roll)
  • Reroll H (All hit rolls)
  • Reroll W (All wound rolls)
  • Sticky Objective
  • +1 To Hit
  • -1 To Hit
  • +1 To Save
  • -1 To Save
  • +1 To Wound
  • -1 To Wound
  • Objective Reminder Token (Arrow)
  • Unit Reminder Token (Arrow)

To color the tokens in Bambu Studio you'd first have to split the model into parts and then select the parts and apply the desired filament/color.

Designer's notes:
The tokens are designed with slanted edges on the bottom for easy pick-up from the table.

I've designed the tokens to be printed at 0.12mm layer height. The parts are therefore split on multiples of 0.12mm, and you'd get the best result using multiple colors printing at this 0.12mm layer height.
By having these splits for the color change all at the same height, these can be printed on a printer that doesn't support multiple colors. You'd have to build in pauses on the correct layer heights and swap the materials manually.

For my set I've printed them using Polymaker's PolyTerra Matte colors.

I hope these can make others happy and be of use at many tables!

Happy gaming! And printing!
