Twist Mount Anchor Point For Packout Lids

Description
After posting my other design for these tie down points some people thought that the feet might slide out easily. I never had that issue during my tests, but just to give people some more options I redesigned it into my twist mount. One twists in counter clockwise and the other one is clockwise, so that when strapping things down they won't accidently twist out.
The tie downs in the pictures were printed with 2 walls at 15% gyroid infill and stayed solid during my testing. I have updated that to 3 walls and 25% gyroid infill in the print profile just to be safe.
