Description

Update: I made a better alternative, see here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/1285879-threaded-ptfe-y-splitter-fully-printable#profileId-1314964

A PTFE-y-splitter that connects to the tubes with internal wire.

I needed a solution that does not use extra parts but still connects securely. I had a bad experience with friction fit solutions, and I wanted it to be removable so glue was a no-go. The direction of the internal wire is mirrored on both ends, so you can simultaneously connect both sides by twisting the connector itself.

THE WIRE WILL SLIGHTLY BITE INTO THE PTFE TUBE AND LEAVE A MARK.

From experience, it is best to use PETG. (I do not know how, but with PLA I have had the filament fuse with the connector one time, hence I wanted a removable solution :)
