Description
This is a wider 6-blade replacement disc for Navimow i Series (e.g. i105e and i108e) I've found on another platform and decided to share with the Makerworld community. All credits go to the original author @Mouky.
Bill of Material
- 6 blades compatible with Navimow. I've used a kit bought on Amazon (ASIN B07R12FW5G - affiliated link https://amzn.to/4em68gi)
- 6x M4 x 12mm screws. I've used the ones included in the kit linked above
- 6 x M4 hot melt insert nuts
How to install it
- Insert the 6x M4 hot melt insert nuts into the holes of the ring.
- Remove the original disc
- Install the new disc to the Navimow by using the original screws. Apply a thread-locking compound for additional safety.
- Securely fasten 6 blades to the disc using 6x M4 screws. Apply a thread-locking compound for additional safety.
- Ensure all components are properly secured before operating the lawnmower.
