25mm, 28mm, 32mm & 40mm Movement Trays

Update 4/13/2026: I have split up the profile into 1&2 rows, and 3 rows, and I have renamed the models for easy ID.

Update 6/12/2025: The original V2 28mm trays were somewhat tight, and the 40mm trays were somewhat loose. These trays were only up for one day, and they work OK, but I wanted a better fit.

These are simple movement trays for 25, 28, 32 and 40mm bases in a large variety of configurations. The bottoms are 1mm thick, which is thin enough for N52 magnets (5x1mm or 5x2mm is what I use) to pull through. Using the ironing settings in my profile, these should come out super smooth on a P1S.

These movement trays are specifically sized for bases from the large UK wargaming company we all know. 28mm and 40mm bases from this company are not exactly 28mm or 40mm, so fit is not guaranteed for models/bases from other companies. 

This large UK wargaming company we all know even makes two different 32mm base sizes (7mm scale bases are slightly larger than 28mm scale bases). My trays are sized to fit both.

The V2 version of the movement trays has a different treatment of the inside vertical edges of the tray from the V1 version, making it a bit smoother to the touch. This will be the version to download. Honestly, the difference is minimal, but I left the V1 trays up for people who already printed some.
