Description

Quite a few of us have started removing the cardboard spools and transferring the filament to bambu labs spools using the method on YouTube titled “Converting a cardboard filament spool to the Bambu Lab reusable plastic spool holder” by Spryly.

This works great but the eSUN spools are slightly narrower, so I designed a spacer that fits into the bambulabs spool to stop the filament getting caught down the side and jamming. Very simple design but means a smooth unwinding and matches the width perfectly. It has a little notch that allows fitment on either side of the spool - only one printed needed per spool.
