Inside Spool Silica Gel Container (small beads)

Tenshe's excellent design was updated to be able to hold smaller silica beads than the 3mm ones recommended for the original design. Using 3-5mm beads is still recommended even with the remix, but this model should not allow smaller beads to escape the container from the top or bottom side anymore.

But if you want to recycle desiccant packs coming with your 3D spools, go ahead rip open these bags, oven dry them and fill up this container at will.

Still compatible with the very cheap and common hygrometers you will find on amazon / aliexpress / maker's supply.

This design works with a wide range of spools, leaving ample room for air / beads contact and circulation even if used in vacuum sealed bags, and with an hygrometer status of each bag can be individually monitored at a glance.

Uniformly scale to 50mm for X/Y for hygrometer fit if needed.

If not using an hygrometer, support scars will be visible and will not yield the prettiest print, but this will not affect functionality.

Filament may also yield to various results, ex here with Bambu Matte PLA producing an overall nicer result than eSUN PLA+, but should still be totally functional even if not perfectly printed.

For easy fill/refill a screw on funnel is also available.

Bambu "0.20mm Standard" preset works great. As recommended in the Original design:

"I would suggest keeping "Supports from Build Plate" on but not the rest of the supports on the container and no supports on the lid. This will give you supports to remove in the area that will be hidden by the Hygrometer but the rest of the supports were not necessary for a good print."
