The Knight&#39;s chin protrusion was shaved to remove support issues in the print and maintain smoothness. Layer height was adjusted to 0.16mm, number of walls to 4, infill ratio to 50% and cubic shape. Supports were readjusted to fit the print. PETG separation layer and settings were optimized.

I struggled a bit to get every pieces with a decent level of quality on my brand new P2S, so I made this profile in case anyone wants consistent and high quality prints from this awesome model! It&#39;s a trade-off favoring quality over print time (and a bit more filament flush). Hope you&#39;ll enjoy!&nbsp;Changes:<ul><li>100% infill for the base for better balance and premium feel</li><li>0.12mm layer height, 4 walls and 50% cubic infill for the rest</li><li>Pauses at set for the magnet insertion (10x2mm)</li><li>redesigned top of Bishop for much more consistent printing and cleaner look</li><li>redesigned top of King for easier print and less overhang ugliness</li><li>redesigned top of Queen for easier print and look consistency with other pieces</li><li>optimize variable layer height to greatly increase quality</li><li>improved settings for cleaner seam and overall smoothness</li><li>improved Knights support settings for consistent print success and better quality</li></ul>

This is a complete chess figure set collection of 32 pieces. Its design and dimensions are similar to the staunton chess design which is used for championships. These have to be printed two times each in different color schemes. For the knights you&#39;ll need a PETG filament to have seamless support at their heads. If you want yo can pause the print at layer 15 to insert some 10x2mm magnets into the base of the figures. I hope you&#39;ll like it!&nbsp;
