Bill of Materials
Description
Have you ever dropped a remote control and the lid of the battery fell off? and then the tips broke where you have to place the CR2023 battery? Even with tape, it doesn't properly work or it looks shabby. With this model, a generic battery cover can be replaced. As no battery cover is always the same, make sure to measure this. The measurements are as followed:
Radius:
- Cover radius: 34mm
- Inner radius: 17.6mm
- Radius including tips: 26mm
Depth/thickness:
- 3.7mm without cover
- Tip thickness 1.3mm
- Total depth 5mm
Print instructions:
Print the largest part on its back and use small supports. They are easy to break away. Best is to print this in a high quality, as the tips are still a fragile part. I used a 0.4nozzle, 0.08 a layer hight, small supports. Printed in PLA.
