Fan Duct Adapter 4" to 6" - 100mm to 150mm v5
Print Profile(1)

Description
Summary
I needed a Duct Adapter for my 50w CO2 Laser to be able to mount a inline fan to extract fumes.
I found a few online but most of them printed really weird (walls didn't had the same thickness and some other issues)..
So i went on and designed my own, very simple design on Fusion 360.
Smaller side is 4" / 100mm Outer diameter
Larger side is 6" / 150mm Outer diameter
I would advise using a clamp, zipties or something to secure the duct in place and minimize any leaks that can occur. depending on the tolerances of your machine and the duct itself it can be a snug fit or not.
UPDATE: Tolerances improved on v5. I connected it with the 6" side directly onto the inline fan (0 leaks) and the 4" side to the tubing (0 leaks) without needing to use clamps.

Notes:
This profile is for 0.4mm nozzle with 0.2mm layer height standard profile from bambu. You can change it to 0.6mm nozzle with 0.4mm layer height if you want.
I printed it with a 0.6mm nozzle and a 0.4mm layer height, for practical prints it gives alot more strength to the models than a smaller nozzle, not to mention the print time is quite reduced.
