Description

V2 available ! Get it here : P1 / X1 series - Poop chute door V2

Model

I recently started printing high temperature filaments like ASA, and I noticed that my P1S was struggling to keep the fumes and the temperature required inside the chamber.

So I searched for ways to fix this, and this poop chute door is a part of the solution that I created.

Slick and low profile, this poop chute door is very discrete yet effective at keeping fumes and heat inside the printer, it is also compatible with most poop chutes on Makerworld, and, of course, with my P1 / X1 series - Better spool holder

The door is designed to be as light as possible, so it opens whenever needed.

Printing

Just use the provided 3MF 😊

Installation

Remove the two small supports at the bottom of the frame.

Then clip the door into the frame by the front, make sure that the door can open and close freely.

And finally :

(Sorry for the wobbly video)
