Description

Pool cover hanger for Intex Prismframe pool. No more pool cover laying on the ground, collecting dirt…

Hangers are easiliy mounted to the legs of the pool, at the end of the season you can easiliy remove them and store for the following season.

Leg dimensions:

There are multiple options for different type of legs, each on seperate print plate. Choose accordingly to your dimensions.

If someone has different legs (different dimensions or shape), let me know. Send me the measurements and i will try to design additional ones.

Assembly type:

There are two print profiles, one is if you use heat inserts and the other one if you will use hex nuts. I use heat inserts from Ruthex.

Dependening on the chosen dimensions you will need appropriate hardware. You will need 4 threaded heat inserts M5 (or hex nuts) and 4 bolts for one hanger.

I have a 457x122cm pool and to me 4 hangers are enough. May need more for bigger pool.

Intex Prismframe legs 30,8 x 49 mm

-Machine screw M5x40 (DIN912 or similar) - 4 pcs

-Heat inserts / hex nuts M5 - 4pcs

Bestway Steel Pro Max oval legs 46 x 70 mm

-Machine screw M5x55 (DIN912 or similar) - 4 pcs

-Heat inserts / hex nuts M5 - 4pcs

Intex Prismframe round legs 33 mm diameter

-Machine screw M5x40 (DIN912 or similar) - 4 pcs

-Heat inserts / hex nuts M5 - 4pcs

There are small tree supports for the counterbored holes, as i had some small overhang problems with PETG. May not need them if you will print in PLA. (I strongly suggest to use PETG). The supports come of very nicely, just pop them out from the other side with the screw or something similar…

Update June 29th, 2025:

Added models for the oval legs 46 x 70mm and round legs 33mm in diameter.
