Description

The V85 TT crank case has holes to accommodate for the OEM crash bars. Most or all 3rd party crash bars do not use these holes, and many people don't even have crash bars, and then you'd like the holes plugged.

NOTE: TPU plugs will shoot out and disappear even if very tight. It's likely due to the temperature reached. I printed mine in PET-CF, that can take the heat (125°C or more) with a shrug. That filament also came out WAY better looking than TPU.

Trivial model made in Fusion 360. Print with hole down, support is required but easy to remove with a nice result. Be sure to use variable layer height for a good result. Due to difference in printer/filament calibration you might need to scale it up or down a tad - it needs to sit very tight. This print profile as-is fit my bike perfectly using Bambu PET-CF.

Note: If you have a hard time making the plugs stay in place, just use Loctite!

...or buy the originals from Moto Guzzi, part no 2B006262, for about €10 for the pair. They might fit better but where's the fun in not printing?
