Description

Update
2/7/26
I have adjusted the split/cut model profile and changed the cut position and adjusted the connectors based on user feedback. The connectors will also now have their own plate for printing.
Estimates of filament are as follows (based on usage of X1C printer and the larger Cut model)
1200 grams PLA Matte Green

930 grams PLA Basic Black
30 grams PLA Basic Jade White
45 grams PLA Basic Gray
55 grams PLA Silk Gold

UPDATE

2/3/26

I have added a print profile that is split into 2 pieces and scaled up to 119% to help with wearability and sizing issues for wearing the helmet.
I have not personally tested this profile but spent a lot of time putting it together
This will also require 2 spools of Matte Green filament

UPDATE
1/16/26

This model uses slim tree supports
Both models will now have 10% infill instead of 15% and will have the gyroid infill pattern.

Due to the popularity of the model and the issues some users were having I have updated my print profiles.
The Visor will now have a brim, I am hoping this helps with printing consistency.

PETG SUPPORT INTERFACE UPDATE

This model uses slim tree supports
I have updated the PETG support interface profile, it no longer has a Prime Tower and will now flush significantly more filament instead of the prime tower. I tried to keep the filament waste down, but was ultimately unsuccessful in keeping the matte green filament under 1000g (uses ~1300g according to my slicer).
THE PETG PROFILE WILL REQUIRE 2 ROLLS OF MATTE GREEN FILAMENT GOING FORWARD
I will upload a separate file upon request for users with the new H series printers if I see that people desire a larger model that can also utilize the nozzle system present in those printers.

Similarly if more users request compatibility with the A1 series printers I will create separate print profiles for those as well.

I have also uploaded a couple of new print profiles, one without the grey on the back of the model (green instead) and one with a single color filament.

Happy printing!

Hi all!

Bambu Labs PLA Matte Green, PLA Basic Jade White, PLA Basic Black, and PLA Basic Gray for the helmet, PLA Silk Gold for the visor

THIS HELMET DOES NOT FIT ON MY HEAD. It is roughly 2cm too small, however this is the largest size I could fit on the plate.
This would however fit on any slightly smaller than average adult sized head.

If you like the model please send your support to the original designers.

There will be one version with PETG support and one model without PETG, the model with PETG support will require 2 AMS (5 color slots), if I get feedback on the model I will post a file with PETG support but no silver for the back ring on the helmet, will leave the silver as black as it is on the back of the model and is a small amount used for that back piece (where cortana chip insert is on his helmet)
