Description
I designed this dumbbell with the intent of essentially being a plate loaded dumbbell but instead of plates why not use what we all have lying around? Thus, the Filament Spool Dumbbell!
With the double sided spool loading technology you can load up a whopping 1kg per side! That's a total of 2kg! This dumbbell will give you beach ready arms in no time at all!
