Spinning Spur Croc Charm

The charm is printed in three parts for easy assembly and does not require glue unless the connector breaks. Print Profile Description and Instructions

Printer and Material Used:

• Printer: Bambu Labs P1S

• Material: PLA

Print Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.2mm for good detail and strength

• Infill: 15% for a balance of strength and material efficiency

• Supports: Not needed

• Adhesion: Use a brim if necessary to ensure good bed adhesion

Printing Instructions:

1. Prepare the Model:

• The charm prints in three parts: the clip in two parts, and the spur.

2. Print Profiles:

• Single Spur Print Profile:

• Arrange the three parts on the print bed to minimize space and time.

• Use the “Print by Object” feature to print each part individually for reduced filament waste.

• Double Spur Print Profile:

• Arrange the six parts (two sets of three) on the print bed.

• Use the “Print by Object” feature to print each set individually.

3. Assembly:

• Once printed, place the spur on one of the sides of the clip and snap the other side on top. It may take some force to snap together, thats to insure a good snap once clipped together

• Test the spinning mechanism to ensure smooth rotation.

• Attach the clip to the back strap of your Croc.

• If the connector breaks, use a small amount of glue to repair and reassemble.

Note: Ensure your printer’s bed is level and clean before starting the print to achieve the best results.
