Description
Have designed this protective grid for an inverter (with a standard 40mm fan) that is mounted outside.
The slots are 2mm wide and offer by the large surface and distance to the fan the effect that no insects are sucked in, and yet no significant air resistance arises.
Wen an even finer grid is desired you can still pull an insect screen over it.
