THE ORIGINAL AND STILL THE BEST!

Buffer Right-Side PTFE Guide (No Spool Arm Version)

The original simple guide keeps your PTFE tube properly aligned and secure. Don't be fooled by copies! This guide accurately aligns the PTFE tube as it exits the Buffer and enters the Guide. The guide then starts the gradual arc of the PTFE tube so it enters the printer with the least filament resistance possible. This is the last leg of PTFE tube before entering the chamber. If your filament got this far keep it on track to get the job done.

WARNING: There are copies of my original design. However, they don't understand the physics behind this guide. They continue the PTFE horizontal through the entire guide. This delays the PTFE tube from starting the arc to the chamber which makes the radius of the tube tighter than Bambu Lab designed and increases filament friction. My design perfectly aligns the PTFE tube horizontally from the buffer then creates the precise radius/arc to reduce filament friction to the chamber. This is the original and best solution for the last leg of your filament path. Don't settle for poorly designed copies.

Simple, fast and very little filament. It's a must have item for keeping your prints from failing due to some feed or pull back issue.

NOTES:

  • This version is installed without the stock spool arm. If you have the stock spool arm installed check out my other version.
  • By design the guide for the PTFE tube is oversized to accommodate the movement of the PTFE tubes movement from the Filament Buffer.
  • See Installation notes below
