Description

DIY Bottle Holder for Bicycle

Ever found yourself without a water bottle holder for your bike? That's exactly what happened to me, so I decided to create my own. Here’s the design I came up with, and I’m currently using it on my bicycle. It’s specifically designed to fit standard cycling bottles.

Printing Details:

  • Infill: I printed mine with 25% infill. Lower infill values resulted in the arms printing nearly hollow, which I wanted to avoid.
  • Material: PETG filament.
  • Supports: No supports are required. Just print it and mount it.
  • Design Feature: The counterbores are designed so that the bottle cage screws will sit flush with the top surface of the cage, ensuring they don’t touch your bottle.

Feel free to share your thoughts or improvements!
