Description

This is the USS Cygnus from the 1979 move, The Black Hole.

Credit goes to evilfil70 over on Thingiverse for the original model. I couldn't get it to print properly without using a ton of support, which would have left the bottom marred. I bisected the model horizonally in Bambu Studio so that it could be printed easily. At the current scale, it took about 8 hours total on the P1S using Bambu Sparkle Grey and a generic gold silk filament. I painted the model in Bambu Studio to give it a close-to-screen look.  Once printed, you need a very small amount of your adhesive of choice to join the two halves together, as well as the 2 bottom part of the rear rockets.

I have also created a simple stand that fits perfectly to the square on the underside of the ship.
