Mountain Range Incense Burner Base with Long Incense Stick Support

原来的山峦线香炉虽然好看，但是只能使用85mm左右的短线香，而且底座很浅，又使用防火绒垫材，每次点完一根线香就需要清理香灰，还容易洒落。

于是我设计了这款将旧底座改为长底座的香炉座，保留原有的山峦型香炉盖置于新的长香炉盖上，盖面中央根据原香炉轮廓凹陷挖孔，使山峦盖能完美放入并且不会移动，两侧区域合适尺寸的打孔，方便点燃长线香后烟雾的飘散与散热。底座中央深度增加，放置225*29*6（单位mm）的不锈钢蜂窝网香垫，解决隔热和香灰沉积问题。

经过实际使用测试，使用PLA耗材打印，长期点燃线香使用后，上盖与底座均未受到线香燃烧的温度影响，没有出现融化变形的情况，香灰可在连续使用1个月左右再做清理（按每天点燃1-2根线香为标准）。

长期使用后表面还会堆积线香燃烧后的焦油，焦油特有的颜色和银灰色耗材叠加后，会使香炉的颜色质感更佳，有使用同款山峦香炉的可以考虑使用。

1. 0.2层高，层高无特别要求，根据自己需要调整。
2. 填充5-10%
3. 上盖挖孔面向下可以最少支撑打印，中央大空洞区域有山峦盖的放置区，需要支撑

The original mountain range incense burner is nice to look at, but can only use about 85mm of short incense, and the base is very shallow, and the use of fire-resistant fleece matting, every time you finish lighting a piece of incense, you need to clean up the ash, but also easy to spill.

So I designed this incense burner holder by replacing the old base with a long base, keeping the original mountain range type incense burner cover and placing it on top of the new long incense burner cover. The center of the cover is recessed and dug out according to the contour of the original incense burner, so that the mountain range cover can be placed in perfectly and won't move, and the two sides of the area are punched with the right size holes, which is convenient for the dispersion of the smoke and the dissipation of the smoke after the long threads of incense have been lit. The center of the base is increased in depth, placing 225*29*6 (unit mm) stainless steel honeycomb mesh incense mat to solve the problem of heat insulation and incense ash deposition.

After the actual use of the test, the use of PLA consumables printing, long-term lighting incense use, the top cover and the base are not affected by the temperature of the incense burning, there is no melting deformation of the situation, the ash can be used continuously for about 1 month and then do the cleanup (according to the daily lighting 1-2 incense as a standard).

Long-term use of the surface will also accumulate after the burning of incense tar, tar unique color and silver-gray consumables superimposed, will make the incense burner color texture better, there are using the same type of mountain incense burner can be considered for use.

Print Instructions:
