Recommendation: If unsure about PLA, print in PETG.
abs can lead to problems, so use at your own risk. apparently the brandings are a problem for abs, but these are necessary so that the design is not stolen. even if there is a license on it, as far as distributing, editing or redistributing, it is not adhered to.
