RC Transmitter Thumb Steering w/ quick release

Fairly simple thumb steering attachment for your radio control vehicles. These will work with most wheel style transmitters around the 50mm diameter size like the ones in the picture. Traxxas and Radiolink. The traxxas will need to use the op3 non extended arm style.

You will need some M3 hardware to assemble it. You can use either all M3 set screw in 16mm and 10mm lengths, or substitute the 16mm set screws for SHCS in either 16 or 18mm lengths. You will still need one M3 x 10mm set screw for the attachment of the pivot body to the main body op1/2/or 3. Or two 4 or 5mm long ones from each side. Since the latch swings over the pivot body and covers the holes, these need to be recessed with no head on the screw.
