Arming

While pushing the spiral center out a litte to connect the container and twist ¾ before catching the thread and screwing down while pushing the center in.

Now holding the container from the bottom through the spiral to block the rotation and fixating with the lid push down ↦twist lock

Trigger

Just open the lid - the spiral will accelerate the container disc which will screw out and release the content
