Bambu A1 AMS Wide Spool Adapter for 70-80mm

A quick to print, minimal material use adapter for the AMS Lite system of the Bambu Lab A1.

There are 4 sheets between 70 and 80mm for the outer diameter. You should choose one that is just larger than your spool's inner diameter to allow for some tension.

The print is designed arount vase mode with a 0.8mm nozzle to allow for some strength while being able to print fast. 0.4mm non-vase will also work, but will be slower and might have some visible seams.

To help with adhesion the sheets are set up with outer brim enabled; it is easy enough to remove. You can try printing without a brim, but some of the arms may come off the plate.

PETG is less likely to deform, but PLA is fine as well, as even while deformed the friction is good enough (see last picture).
