Description

Dust and dirt protection for the z-axis threaded rod.

 

Please do not print in PLA due to the high temperatures in the print room. PETG is OK, I used ASA to be on the safe side.

 

I want to get more into making 3D models, and since I'm not the most creative, I'm trying to redesign models that I printed myself when I first started using 3D printers. This is my 1st self-designed model.

 

With this model I learned a lot about the tolerances of 3D printing and especially the discrepancies between design and reality ;-)
