Wind Spinner - Latin Cross
Easy and fun sprint. Small hole for thread. If used outdoors, try very thin fishing line.
Bend the rings by hand. The angle between the inner ring and outer ring should be around 85 deg for best glimmer effect. Spread the rest of the ring angles evenly
